Welcome to Citrus Tower Totes, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order, completing a payment, accepting delivery, or utilizing our rented moving totes and taxi equipment, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and our formal Equipment Rental Agreement.

1. Equipment Ownership & Rental Period

All rented totes (bins and lids), tote dollies ("Tote Taxis"), and accessories remain the exclusive property of Citrus Tower Totes, LLC. The Rental Period begins at the time of delivery and ends upon the complete physical retrieval and pickup of the equipment by our team.

2. Delivery & Safe Accessibility

We provide delivery and pickup exclusively within our designated Florida service boundaries. Customers must ensure a safe and accessible delivery location. Any booking delays or additional trips resulting from path obstructions or location inaccessibility may incur additional service fees.

3. Pickup Requirements & Rental Extensions

On your scheduled pickup date, all rented equipment must be entirely empty, accessible, and completely free of personal belongings. If you require more time, rental extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to equipment availability. Approved extensions are billed at a rate of $45 per additional week for your current tote package.

4. Condition, Drop-off Documentation, & Cleaning Fees

We document and photograph/video all equipment conditions at the time of drop-off and will share this verification with you the same day. Equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, barring normal wear and tear. Totes returned requiring excessive cleaning may incur a cleaning fee of up to $5.00 per tote.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Unreturned Equipment Charges

The Customer assumes full financial responsibility for safeguarding rented equipment from theft, vandalism, weather-related damage, or unauthorized use. Equipment not returned within thirty (30) days of delivery without a pre-approved extension will be deemed unreturned. Missing, unreturned, or structurally broken equipment will result in immediate replacement charges to the payment method on file at the following contractual rates:

• Tote (Bin and Lid): $20.00 each
• Tote Taxi Unit: $35.00 each

6. Liability Limitations & Governing Law

Use of our rented equipment is at the Customer's sole risk. Citrus Tower Totes, LLC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or damage to interior contents arising from the use or handling of our equipment. These terms are governed entirely in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
